Tim was the ultimate professional. On time, incredibly friendly, very good communication. He let me know what he would be doing, where he would be doing it. Checked with me to make sure I wanted the work done. Explained the options, old system, how much money did I want to put into it. Explained the changes before he did the work. When he finished he Showed me where he put all the changes. If I had a job to offer him, I would. Great representative of your company.
