Over the past three years the Gentry H&A company has been our “Go to” service folks. It’s our humble opinion they can’t be beat for quality service, 24/7. Each time they come to our house (Fall & Winter) it’s generally a different technician, and we are impressed by the quality of their work, their efficiency, and knowledge of the different equipment they work on. Our service today on both furnace and air conditioner by Mr Jeff Thomas was first class, quick and efficient. I renewed our maintenance contract and we look forward to a Super experience with terrific service and continued visits by great the great technicians that give this company their well deserved reputation. Quality & Reliability you can’t beat!

Jeff has worked on our heating and cooling system several times. He always arrives promptly in an excellent attitude and proceeds to do a very professional job, quite thorough and complete. He is alert and sensitive to our needs and because of his service we will continue with Gentry into the future.

Albert arrived shortly after I reported a nonfunctioning AC to Gentry customer service. He diagnosed the issue r/t the AC and explained in understandable terms what was going on that kept the unit from functioning properly. He was very anxious to get it back and working so I had a comfortably cool home to enjoy. He also contacted the office to have someone from the sales department discuss my options with this HVAC unit. This was very reassuring, knowing recurrent problems might just be a thing of the past! I felt confident that Albert was giving me an accurate assessment of my HVAC equipment.

Jeff did a fabulous job, I feel like he truly cares about our system and our comfort. We will ask for Jeff again in the future and are very satisfied with the quality of service, professionalism and the great results. JEFF and Gentry rocks! Based on today’s service by Jeff we signed up for another year with gentry.
