When I decided to have a whole house humidifier installed, I got quotes from four companies. The sales person from Gentry assured me that they could give me exactly what I wanted AND they had a very competitive price. After four visits, a technician finally completed the installation of a system. I closely monitored the performance of the humidifier over the course of 7 days. It was NOT what was promised and did not function properly. On a Friday morning, I called the sales person and explained the situation. That very day, at 7:00 PM, Israel was at my doorstep. In a matter of 90 minutes, he had the system functioning properly and integrated with my existing HVAC controls. I found him to be truly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous . In spite of my disappointment with the initial installation, Gentry came through and gave me exactly what was promised and what I wanted. I have never known a company technician to work till almost 9:00 PM on a Friday night in order to satisfy a customer. Gentry truly goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
