Scott was on time, took the time to understand my issues with thermostat, air movement in master bath, and did a thorough and complete service. In addition, he reset my thermostat so that it was actually working from something I had done apparently. He resolved my air flow problem in master bath and discovered a failed part that was not functioning properly and replaced it. Good experience. Would recommend him highly.
