MIKE CAME OUT ON A WEEKEND...FOUND THE PROBLEM...CAME BACK AND MADE REPAIRS (STILL THE WEEKEND) SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO DO WITHOUT HEAT. ALSO HE CAME EARLY SO HE COULD BE DONE BEFORE MY WIFE GOT HOME FROM WORK (EARLY AM) AS HE DIDN'T WANT TO DISTURB HER.
